摘要:

习近平关于民生系列重要论述的深层次内涵在于强调以人民群众为中心的核心政治立场，完成了多维度民生结构体系的构建，真正符合人民群众对美好生活的追求。从阐释民生思想的理论溯源入手，分析了党的十八大以来民生思想的理念创新，从方法论、实践观、价值观等三个维度辨别了习近平全面从严治党思想与民生思想的内在机理，并基于实际探讨了民生思想的现实启示，以期为习近平关于民生系列重要论述的研究提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The deep connotation of Xi Jinping's series of important expositions on people's livelihood lies in his emphasis on the core political position centered on the people， according to the reality, it externalizes its specific demands,accomplishing the construction of multi-dimensional structure of people's livelihood, really cater to the people's demands for a better life.This article starts with the theoretical origin of the thought of people's livelihood,analyses the ideological innovation of people's livelihood since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,The internal mechanism of Xi Jinping's thought of governing the Party strictly and people's livelihood in an all-round way is distinguished from three dimensions of methodology, practice and values,based on the reality, this paper discusses the practical enlightenment of people's livelihood thought,in order to provide reference for the study of Xi Jinping's series of important expositions on people's livelihood.
