新经济形势下高校毕业生就业质量分析及对策研究——以河北工程大学为例

Analysis of Employment Quality of College Graduates and Improvement Strategies under the New Economic Situation: A Case Study of Hebei University of Engineering

摘要:

受全球经济形势影响,我国经济发展面临多重挑战。近年来,高校毕业生人数连年创新高,毕业生就业压力持续攀升。文章以河北工程大学为例,采用网络问卷的形式对2024届毕业生和用人单位开展调查,围绕毕业流向、薪资待遇、用人单位评价等方面进行分析,在剖析就业现状及成因的基础上,从政府加强政策支持、高校多措并举、毕业生提升自身能力三方面探索高质量就业路径,以期对促进高校毕业生更充分更高质量就业提供帮助。

Abstract:

Affected by the global economic situation, China’s economic development is confronted with multiple challenges. In recent years, the number of college graduates has hit record highs for consecutive years, and the employment pressure on graduates has been on a steady rise. Taking Hebei University of Engineering as a case study, this paper conducts a survey among the 2024 graduates and employers by means of an online questionnaire. It analyzes such aspects as employment destinations, salary and benefits, and employers’ evaluations. On the basis of examining the current employment situation and its underlying causes, the paper explores the paths to advance the high-quality employment of college graduates under the new economic context, with a view to providing reference for promoting more sufficient and higher-quality employment of college graduates.
