Abstract:The digital-intelligence era has arrived, and the future is already here. The information literacy education services of university libraries are undergoing profound changes, with service resources and content confronted with multiple challenges, such as the differentiated demands of service recipients, the restructuring of service resource forms, and the integration of physical and virtual service scenarios. Against this backdrop, this paper reveals the coupling mechanism between data mining technology and the elements of information literacy education services from the perspective of technology empowerment, and constructs a trinity innovation framework of information literacy education services featuring resource aggregation, technology empowerment, and scenario adaptation. By building a new-type information literacy education service platform based on data and resource mining, and deeply integrating relevant technologies into aspects like resource system optimization, service content reconstruction, innovation of evaluation mechanisms, as well as the emphasis on information ethics and information culture construction, this paper explores a new development mechanism and innovative path for digital intelligence to empower the information literacy education services of university libraries.
