Abstract:Against the backdrop of profound transformations in business education in the new era, this study employs a strategic management framework to systematically explore the practical pathways and strategic mechanisms for integrating red culture into the ideological and political construction of business courses. The research reveals that building an ecosystem balancing "value rationality and technological rationality" is essential for curriculum development. This is achieved through decoding red genes, activating local resources, empowering digital intelligence technologies, and fostering multi-stakeholder collaboration. Furthermore, the study highlights that the integration of red culture must adhere to the dynamic iterative logic of a circular model: policy systems as the guiding layer, university-industry collaboration as the driving layer, and digital intelligence empowerment as the tool layer, thereby transforming ideological education from "mechanical implantation" to "ecological symbiosis." This research provides a strategic paradigm with theoretical originality and practical applicability for the high-quality development of ideological and political education in business courses during the artificial intelligence era.
