    摘要:

    教育家精神是建设教育强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要精神支柱。在教育家精神的塑造过程中,榜样力量通过多层次的内在机理对教育者的职业价值观和行为选择产生深刻影响。在民办高校教师教育家精神的塑造中,榜样力量的发挥还面临诸多现实困境,包括制度缺位、资源匮乏、职业认同不足和角色冲突等方面。为此,文章建议从制度完善、资源投入、角色认同强化、职业发展激励、社会认可提升及校园文化建设等方面基于榜样力量优化民办高校教师教育家精神塑造路径。

    Abstract:

    The spirit of educators is an important spiritual pillar for building an educational power and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In the process of shaping the spirit of educators, the power of role models has a profound impact on the professional values and behavioral choices of educators through multi-level internal mechanisms. In the shaping of the spirit of educators among teachers in private colleges and universities, the exertion of the power of role models still faces numerous practical dilemmas, including the absence of systems, lack of resources, professional identity, and role conflicts. Therefore, it is suggested that the shaping path of the spirit of educators among teachers in private colleges and universities be optimized based on the power of role models from aspects such as system improvement, resource input, strengthening of role identity, professional development incentives, social recognition improvement, and campus culture construction.
