In accordance with the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China and the relevant regulations for its implementation, the copyright and related property rights of this manuscript are transferred to the Editorial Office of the Journal of Hebei University of Engineering (Natural Science Edition)*. This includes, but is not limited to, the following rights over part or all of the paper: the right of compilation, distribution, reproduction, translation, network publishing, and information dissemination; the right to license domestic and international literature retrieval systems, networks, and database systems to retrieve and include the manuscript; the right to allow the publication and use of the manuscript through various media, carriers, and in other languages; and the right to use the manuscript in a manner that does not violate the current or future laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
All authors of the manuscript must agree to and sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement before submission. This agreement shall come into effect automatically from the date of submission. If the authors receive a rejection notice, this agreement shall automatically terminate upon receipt of said notice. If the authors do not receive an editorial decision regarding the manuscript within 3 months, they may dispose of the manuscript elsewhere, and this agreement shall automatically terminate.
For other matters not covered herein, in the event of a dispute, the parties shall resolve it through consultation; if consultation fails, the matter shall be handled in accordance with the Copyright Law
